I went to Nando's and ate a mild lemon and herb 1/4 chicken and fries at 5:45pm. I felt like I needed to poo with diarrhoea about half an hour later but I didn't actually go to the toilet (because I was out) until 7:30pm. As soon as I got home I ran to the toilet and immediately needed to poo. Whilst on the toilet I started retching and ended up vomiting on the floor. I felt better post-vomiting but still had diarrhoea. Horrible experience and can't put it down to anything other than bad chicken. | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 呕吐
