I had the southwestern Chili Lime Ranch Salad for the first time today at around 1240 pm and threw it all up right after i ate it. Couldn't eat anything else after this and when I got home around 530pm I started having severe stomach cramps and had to push out a bowel movement. Taking pepto bismol now | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐
