After eating at pei wei on Saturday 04/07/2018 my sister in law and I started feeling very sick on Monday.Symptoms included diarrhea, fever, stomach cramps, muscle weakness and vomiting.
I had the orange chicken with fried rice and she had a tuna salad. | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
