I got a barbecue chicken thick crust pizza from here 6pm on 8/3/2019. I ate about half of the pizza and around 9 pm felt a stabbing pain in my stomach along with nausea that made me unable to move without even more excruciating pain. I had very watery diarrhea and vomiting for 3 hours that night. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
