The second time in a month that I've ordered a stuffed crust pizza from this location.

The first time I got violently ill at work the next morning and had to leave early.

This evening I ordered another stuffed crust pizza, and sure enough, the same thing happened. This time though, I was at home when it struck.

The first incident I thought was coincidence, but two times? Something's not right. I'll be contacting Pizza Hut in the morning. There must be some sort of cross contamination or something. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
