Yesterday I ordered a three-piece with apple pie and a biscuit the next morning. I woke up with severe diarrhea that turned into explosive diarrhea from eight in the morning all way into six in the afternoon. I threw up three times just now recovering today.| 症状: 恶心, 腹泻, 呕吐
