I had a egg and bacon baguette in the morning, the ones in the basket at the counter, I then felt sick all day and eventually last night had sever chills, fever then leading to vomiting and diarrhoea. I didn’t eat anything else that day so it was definitely that!! | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 发烧, 寒战
