I ordered grilled shrimp with cold noodles and top with mangos, scallions for lunch. At around 5PM I started to have fever and started vomited and follow with frequent trips to the bathroom. From loose stools to just straight up watery. This is a third day after those symptoms mentioned above first appeared. | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 呕吐
