I ate at 7:30pm (dinner) at this restaurant. I ate the Chicken Teriyaki off the DINNER menu. Throughout the meal I was getting cramps. Then shortly after, I started to feel faint and went to the sketchy bathroom in the back of the restaurant, where I got sick. | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋
