12:30 this afternoon, Mexican pizza and 2 tacos supreme combo. Didn't taste like it normally does from other locations but I didn't think much of it. Fast forward a few hours and I am running to the toilet ever 10 minutes. Occasionally I will belch and I can still taste the weird flavor of their Mexican pizza tostada shell thing. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, Burping
