I got sick from Taco Bell, it was all I had eaten prior to getting sick. I experienced projectile, forceful vomiting all through the night, then experienced diarrhea. It's been two days since the incident, and I am in so much pain. I feel like I have cracked ribs. I hurt everywhere. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
