Taco Bell
I got sick from Taco Bell, it was all I had eaten prior to getting sick. I experienced projectile, forceful vomiting all through the night, then experienced diarrhea. It's been two days since the incident, and I am in so much pain. I feel like I have cracked ribs. I hurt everywhere. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
