Ate at 3pm, got a crunch wrap box to share with my partner and got a chicken gordita for myself which is what I think caused the illness since my partner was fine after we ate. Started to feel ill an hour later, nauseous, stomach cramps, and vomiting / dry heaving. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
