Had 3 tacos My self alone. Ate dinner around 7:30 pm. Woke up at 5:15 am with diarrhea, and vomited twice. Woke again at 7:00 am vomit and diarrhea. Constant diarrhea every 45 minutes to an hour for duration of day and continued into second day | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 弱点, 疲劳
