I ate Taco Bell about 2 days ago and I woke up feeling dehydrated and had a stomach ache. I then went downstairs to use the bathroom, I used it 3 times because I had really bad diarrhea. I then went to drink some tap water and I threw it all up. My system was then empties but I still felt a little woozy and had a 100° Fahrenheit fever. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
