I ordered food last night. I got a Mexican pizza that's what I had that was different from my family. We ate around 8pm around 2am I woke up sick. Vomiting, diarrhea, stomach pain, nausea. Today I still feel horrible. Can't keep anything down. I'm going to urgent care | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 胃痛
