Ordered soft taco , and pinto and cheese cup at around 2:30 pm on Thursday March 22. Yesterday evening I woke up with severe nausea, projectile vomiting, and severe diharrea. I cant keep anything down. I may need to go to emergency as I’m dehydrated and still feeling like hell. I have leftovers in fridge, can I have this tested? | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
