After buying a 9$ burrito box at around 10:15 on April 12. I only ate the burrito and in less then one hr I started feeling sick with the urge to go to the bathroom along with chills and nausea. After an hr and a half I started having diarrhea chills and throwing up | 症状: 恶心, 腹泻, 呕吐, 胃痛, 发烧, 寒战
