Saturday evening, I had a nachos bell grande and a taco supreme from taco bell around 8:30 pm. i thought the nachos smelled a little funny but they still tasted like what i normally eat. my friend had some of my nachos. after we left taco bell we kept hanging out. about 45 minutes later, I told him that i wasnt feeling well and he drove me to my house and we hung out there. the minute i got inside i found the nearest toilet and started throwing up profusely and then proceeded to have diarrhea. he told me that he now didnt feel well and he threw up into a large bowl. because he only ate a bite of my nachos, he only threw up once. but I have been sick since saturday around 10 pm and now have nothing left to puke up. I am going to the er tonight if i keep getting sick. | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
