Very unlikely to be Salmonella with such a short incubation period but of course could be several other types. Staph food poisoning is most likely candidate if food there was the culprit (has short incubation period.) Often is not the last food you ate and could be three or four meals back or more; could also be viral gastroenteritis (Norovirus.) Did you doctor get any samples for lab? We will check out the establishment for conditions that could foster disease transmission. Ray King North Georgia Health District
