Husband stoped in and got eight taco ate four took four to work. With in six hours of eating the four he was hurting so bad he came home. Two days of violent vomiting and still has horroble green diarrhea. He os miderable | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Very unlikely to be Salmonella with such a short incubation period but of course could be several other types. Staph food poisoning is most likely candidate if food there was the culprit (has short incubation period.) Often is not the last food you ate and could be three or four meals back or more; could also be viral gastroenteritis (Norovirus.) Did you doctor get any samples for lab?
