Ate lunch salad, saw a movie, then went home, was sick shortly after returning home (about four-five hours after eating). This was the only thing different that I ate from a friend who did not get sick (shared an appetizer and smoothies). This was also the only meal I ate that day. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
