A friend took me to halal guys yesterday. He had the chicken platter while I got the combo meat platter; he seems to be fine but I have a severe case of diarrhea, vomiting, and nausea. Yesterday my food intake consisted of food from halal guys and cereal at home. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
