I had eaten on Saturday, September the 7th. I had eaten the tableside guac as an appetizer and the beef fajitas for an entree. Not long after I had diarrhea, and started vomiting a few hours later, however no one else that ate with our group of 4 got sick. I got diarrhea only a about an hour after I had finished my meal, which continued for about three days. | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
