食品安全报告-Walmart，

2nd time having intense food poisoning from Walmart. Had to be rushed to the hospital with uncontrollable vomiting and diarrhea. The first time was 3 years ago from pepper jack cheese and this time it was also from Walmart's "Great Value" brand grated mild cheddar. Currently sitting with an IV and waiting on some anti-convulsants to kick in and stop the convulsing. Last time Walmart refused to pay my $1,000 hospital bills. Today I don't yet know how much it will cost but I am not looking forward to yet another large medical bill due to Walmart's unsanitary foods. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
