Caesar salad with chicken and bacon from deli. Symptoms started 15 minutes after eating salad. A complaint I sent to them earlier: I was there today, through 12:00 noon. I purchased a salad in front of the deli, shortly after eating this salad which was 30 minutes later after arriving home, I got violently ill. I was throwing up and had diarrhea at the same time. I ended up throwing my clothes away. I tried calling the deli no answer, speaking with a manager, etc., to no avail. I'm on my way to the emergency room. Please do not serve any more salads it's not safe. I am still sick, the doctor said it was severe food poisoning. The name of the salad is Taylor Farms Caesar Salad with bacon and chicken. Please have this salad removed from the deli before somebody dies. | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐
