Panera mac and cheese, Ate mac and cheese for dinner. It was from Wallmart. 6 hours later vomiting, diarrhea with mucous, nausea, dry heaves afterwards. Went to see a doctor and doctor verified it was food poisoning. | 症状: 呕吐, 腹泻, 恶心
