I purchased a pre made charcuterie board from Wegmans on April 4, 2026. My husband and I were the only ones to eat the pepperoni from the charcuterie board and both got extremely sick. Still sick today (4/6) Extreme nausea, extreme vomiting, extreme diarrhea.| 症状: 恶心, 腹泻, 呕吐, 胃痛, 寒战
