I ordered chicken nuggets and fries from Wendy's along with a medium Coca Cola and that night I was extremely nauseous with diarrhea and felt as if I had to throw up, this has happened several times before when I have ate at Wendy's also. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧
