About ten minutes after eating a roasted chicken around 6pm I became nauseous. I drove home, stuck my finger down my throat, threw up several times and felt better.This is the second time in several months my partner or I have become sick eating at Whole Foods. Note from Iwaspoisoned. Hi Katherine, there are three types of of contaminants that can make someone ill: 1. Physical 2. Chemical 3. Biological. All three of them have the potential to make someone ill fast, 1 & 2 can be immediate.
