第一天晚上就吐了。看起来还不错。现在连续两天腹泻。非常虚弱而且脱水，从星期四起我就来过这里。现在是星期一，我们明天早上出发。希望我能在飞机上好起来  | 症状: 恶心, 腹泻, 呕吐, 脱水, 弱点

在旅行的第五天，我开始感到恶心，然后在房间里休息一天。到第七天，这是巨大的胃痉挛、头痛和腹泻。最终在飞机上昏倒了进行 6.5 小时的飞行回家，然后又过了 24 小时。我设法减少了一点水和大米，并继续有严重的胃痉挛和腹泻。我得去医院然后我可以看出我已经变得非常脱水了。

Ate mostly in the Coba buffet and snack bar. Ate at Portofino but that was after symptoms started. Just came home from there. Husband got explosive diarrhea 4 days into trip. Still hasn’t resolved. Daughter started vomiting this morning., Already have that information above  | 症状: 呕吐, 腹泻, 发烧

Bacteria enteritis and toxins requiring overnight hospitalisation in plays del Carmen. Food poisoning manifested 1 hour after eating at the Mikado a la carte restaurant on resort, I was the only one who got sick.  | 症状: 呕吐, 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧
