Threw up the first night. Seemed ok. Now have diarrhea for two days straight. Very weak and dehydrated and I've been here since Thursday. It's Monday and we leave tomorrow morning. Hoping i make it ok on the plane  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Weakness

On day five of our trip I started feeling sick, and spent the day in my room, resting. By day seven, it was massive stomach cramping, headache and diarrhea. Ended up passing out on the plane for the 6.5 hour flight home, then for another 24 hours.… See more

Ate mostly in the Coba buffet and snack bar. Ate at Portofino but that was after symptoms started. Just came home from there. Husband got explosive diarrhea 4 days into trip. Still hasn’t resolved. Daughter started vomiting this morning., Already have that information above  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Fever

Bacteria enteritis and toxins requiring overnight hospitalisation in plays del Carmen. Food poisoning manifested 1 hour after eating at the Mikado a la carte restaurant on resort, I was the only one who got sick.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever
