On day five of our trip I started feeling sick, and spent the day in my room, resting. By day seven, it was massive stomach cramping, headache and diarrhea. Ended up passing out on the plane for the 6.5 hour flight home, then for another 24 hours. I’ve managed to keep a little water and rice down, and continue having terrible stomach cramps and diarrhea. I’ll have to go to the hospital and I can tell I’m becoming quite dehydrated. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps, Headache, Dehydration
