Not sure alcohol or food but it’s been a week. , I landed in Mexico with my sister and went to the resort. We are at the Mexican buffet at resort and drank tequila. It’s been a week and the meds are just starting to work so I can eat solid food again.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

Boyfriend was sick with diarrhea, weakness, muscle aches, & vomiting for 17 hours yesterday. We’ve only been eating the resort food and bottled water. I’ve been eating mostly vegetarian but starting to get stomach cramps tonight.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋, 弱点
