I had the chicken zinger wrap at 1 o'clock on Wednesday, I then went to work and had only chips on my break. Then yesterday I had to call in sick for work as I had flu like symptoms and started having awful diarrhoea from about 11pm last night and still have it  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧

My nephew ate at the restaurant on Friday evening, he had a chicken nuggets happy meal.
He vomited Saturday morning and then had diarrhoea for the rest of the day. He then vomited again this morning. (Monday). No fever.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

下午 1 点左右吃了一个辣鸡肉卷（咬进去，我觉得感觉很奇怪，好像实际上可能没有正确煮熟）然后吃了一个 99 便士的鸡肉汉堡，然后是一点香草奶昔。回到家，睡了大约 2 个小时，醒来时感觉恶心。情况好转了，但是到了晚上，我的肚子感觉越来越不舒服，就像正在酝酿的东西一样，我开始感到虚弱和恶心。现在已经是凌晨 4 点了，我醒来时腹部绞痛大约有 15 分钟。现在还觉得恶心而且非常虚弱。
