周五购买了幸运符，因为我把侄女的复活节彩蛋塞满了。星期六在组装鸡蛋时吃了少量谷物（尤其是棉花糖）。自周六晚上以来，我经历了腹泻和胃部不适，今天早上（星期一）仍在继续。看了美国广播公司新闻的报道，现在我确定它来自谷物。没有其他解释。

ate the salad around 7:30 and didn’t feel anything until two or three hours later. started having an upset stomach/diarrhea and woke up at four in the morning with diarrhea/nausea. i know it was the salad cause that’s the only thing besides lunch that i had eaten that day.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
