The patty melt tasted weird, but since I've never had the meal, I thought it was normal. A few bites into the sandwich, I developed this horrible stomach ache and an hour and a half later, I had a fever, was vomiting, nausea and diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
