比萨饼我在周五下午 6 点左右吃了披萨和面包棒，半夜因腹泻醒来，呕吐，现在是周日没有能量身体疼痛，也没有食欲
星期五  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐, 恶心, 食欲不振, 身体疼痛

I started getting a sharp crap and so did my co-worker went home and that night was the beginning of hell for me. I have missed 4 days of work went to the emergency room and I’m still not able to eat anything!!  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
