Ate a pepperoni pizza at 7.30pm, had terrible nausea/diarrhoea at 12am, still have symptoms 9pm next day

Within twenty minutes I was violently ill, didn't stop until I had thrown up everything. Still sensitive today. Had the small bacon cheeseburger and cajun fries.
