包装剃须火腿切片三明治意味着只是我自己，我是 74 岁，独自生活。火腿（我认为黑森林）只是到期日的前一天。我闻起来并尝到了一块东西，看起来没问题，但是我觉得有点滑稽，我认为它可能有点光栅，但不确定。所以我有两片，剩下的都扔掉了。

I had Greek salad with lots of mushy slices of avacado on top It started with horrible cramps in the morning & then loose stools all day, & headache & weakness. Now loose stools & gas second day.
