I ate two premade meals on Monday April 27th around 1 to 3pm. Began to experience gastroenteritis symptoms around 5pm to 10pm including diarrhea, vomitting, and fever. The meals contains tri-tip, broccoli, and protein pasta in one, tri-tip, broccoli and sweet potato in another.
