I got two tacos and then I woke up at 2 am with extreme diarrhea and intense stomach cramps from two soft tacos. I had del taco around 7 The tacos from del taco Everything seemed fine while eating it. Around 3-4 am but when I woke up my full body was sore  | 症状: 腹泻, 胃痛, 抽筋

I ate a tostada and cup of beans & cheese last night, May 14th, and drank a coke zero. My husband had no beans. I had a fever and vomiting this morning. My husband is now vomiting and has headache and fever too  | 症状: 呕吐, 发烧, 寒战, 头痛

On Monday, April 27, 2026 I ate 4 snack tacos and the new crème filled mini churros My daughter was vomiting all night and the next day I was vomiting all day. Took my daughter to the doctors and they said she was food poisoned.  | 症状: 呕吐
