أنا متأكد من ذلك, وعاء بولو أسادو, أنا وصديقي مريضان للغاية وألم الآن أكل الطعام وحوالي 6 بعد ساعات بدأت المعدة تشعر بطعن. الكثير من الغاز, وأنا وصديقي كنا نركض ذهابًا وإيابًا من الحمام طوال الليل. الألم الشديد والإسهال السيئ

Barbacoa, pinto beans, brown rice, mild salsa, sour cream, cheese. Approximately ate at 11:30 Am; symptoms started with cramping around 1300, nauseated by 2:30 bad enough to leave work and eventually turned to vomiting around 5 PM lasting until 7PM; mild cramping persists
