我很确定，pollo asado bowl，我和我的男朋友现在都病得很重而且很痛苦吃了食物大约 6 个小时后胃开始有刺伤的感觉。很多汽油，我和我的男朋友整晚都在洗手间来回奔跑。极度疼痛和不良腹泻

Barbacoa, pinto beans, brown rice, mild salsa, sour cream, cheese. Approximately ate at 11:30 Am; symptoms started with cramping around 1300, nauseated by 2:30 bad enough to leave work and eventually turned to vomiting around 5 PM lasting until 7PM; mild cramping persists
