حصلت على بوريتو شريحة لحم مع الجبن والأرز الأبيض والفاصوليا السوداء والطماطم وصلصة الذرة، وجانب من الكيسو. أكلت نصفها، وبعد ساعات قليلة كانت معدتي تشعر بثبات شديد وشعرت وكأنني أعاني من حرقة سيئة للغاية. ثم تقيأت عدة مرات وكنت مستيقظا طوال الليل.

I got a half steak half Barbacoa burrito bowl that night had violent diarrhea and vomiting my son ate the other half of what was left over the next day and more has vomiting and diarrhea so I know for sure that is what it is from.
