I went to Chipotle last night. I got a burrito bowl with black beans, steak, tomato salsa, corn, sour cream, lettuce and cheese. A couple hours after I ate I started getting stomach cramps which lasted throughout the night. The rest of the symptoms started 10 hours…

I ordered a bowl with rice, chicken, pico, sour cream, and guacamole with a side of chips. I ate this on Monday July 17th at around 9pm. Around midnight, I started throwing up and I have had diarrhea for years last couple days.
