بالأمس (الأحد) ذهبت إلى الشبوتل على طريق Sawmill للحصول على وعاء Chipotle المعتاد بعد ازدحام الفرقة. تناولت الدجاج والبارباكوا، وبعد حوالي ساعة أو ساعتين، أتقيأ كثيرًا وأصاب بالجفاف وأعاني من آلام المعدة والإسهال الأكثر إيلامًا. تقيأت كثيرًا لدرجة أنني بقيت مستيقظًا كل دقيقة من الليل، قلقة ومتألمة…

لقد طلبت ذلك في 6/16 الساعة 6 مساءً. أعاني الآن من الإسهال العنيف والقيء وكذلك الغثيان والقشعريرة.

11/21/2019- ate dinner and woke up next morning with stomach flu. Husband had a mild form of it that night.

حصلت على وعاء بوريتو أمس حوالي الظهر. الأرز الأبيض، الكارنيتاس، الذرة، القشدة الحامضة، الجبن، الخس. بدأت المعدة تشعر بالغثيان بعد حوالي ساعة. ثم بدأ الإسهال بعد فترة وجيزة. تعاني من قشعريرة وآلام في المعدة والإسهال طوال الليل والإسهال المستمر اليوم. أكل زميل العمل هناك وحصل على بوريتو…

I ate at Chipotle on Sunday around 11:30am. I had a burrito with black beans, white rice, chicken, pico, sour cream, cheese, lettuce and hot sauce. I woke up on Monday with diarrhea. Today my symptoms are worse - diarrhea, chills, stomach cramps, muscle aches, nausea.

Ate about 530pm. Stomachache and felt very full. Had diarrhea 3x before vomiting - a lot.

My wife and I ate a chicken bowl at 6:45 on Saturday night. My wife felt bad around 1AM through the next whole day. I felt bad the next morning for all day and night.

Friday, August 11, 2017 we stopped in around 3 PM. Place was very busy. About a half hour after we ate my girlfriend got very sick to her stomach and spent about an hour in the bathroom. Although neither of us threw up, we both had stomach issues the rest of the day.
