حصلت على تاكو بيل في حوالي الساعة 11:30 وبدأت أشعر بالمرض حوالي الساعة 2 صباحًا، وبدأت في التقيؤ في الساعة 3-4 صباحًا.

Taco bell food. Lettuce i think., I got sick alone. I at the food at around 9pm and started getting pain in my stomach a few hours later. Started vomiting heavily in the morning mostly food pieces and bile. I thought i was gonna die.
