I got taco bell at approximately 11:30 and started feeling ill around 2 am, and began throwing up at 3-4 am.

Taco Lettuce Illness Suspected

Taco bell food. Lettuce i think., I got sick alone. I at the food at around 9pm and started getting pain in my stomach a few hours later. Started vomiting heavily in the morning mostly food pieces and bile. I thought i was gonna die.
