Taco bell food. Lettuce i think., I got sick alone. I at the food at around 9pm and started getting pain in my stomach a few hours later. Started vomiting heavily in the morning mostly food pieces and bile. I thought i was gonna die. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Bile
